"My house needed major structural repairs (floors were caving in due to rotten floor joists) and Corey and Sterling Construction were recommended to me by my real estate agent. While this repair was not a pleasant experience (because of the unexpected cost and the fact that we were on lock-down and stuck in our house while the repairs happened), Corey and his team made every effort to complete the repairs as quickly as possible. They worked over the weekends and often late into the evening.
